ADS Acquires for Growth in Tennessee

ADS Security (ADS), a regional electronic security and automation company headquartered in Nashville, Tenn., has acquired customer accounts from Professional Alarms, Inc. of Clarksville, Tenn. The purchase adds over 3,000 accounts to ADS’ Middle Tennessee customer base, growing one of their largest markets to approximately 18,000 accounts. The acquisition is comprised of 70% residential accounts and 30% commercial accounts.
