Allied Universal announced the proposed acquisition of the assets of J E Security Systems & Services Inc., a comprehensive guarding and technology provider based in St. Thomas, Barbados. This proposed acquisition is through Allied Universal’s subsidiary, G4S Secure Solutions (Barbados) Limited and is expected to close during the first quarter of 2024.
