I give your customer service representative 5 stars. They are courtesy, and are good at covering up your business practices. ARW is not so forth coming they use false statements or half truths to get clients to sign up for their services. Then when a client decides they no longer want to do business with your company because of the not so truthful ways from ARW. American Residential Warranty customer service will not give a decent refund, even after only a month. With that l give the company ARW ZERO STARS. Customers please beware and ask several questions before agreeing to buy
