“…we would certainly face questions as to why we were sensationalizing relatively minor crimes and perpetuating false stereotypes in the process.”

So a group of 40 to 60 kids robbing and beating people up is a relatively minor crime? Exactly what constitutes a major crime?

To not be racially biased BART would need to either release all videos of crimes committed or no videos of crimes committed – regardless of the race / gender / creed of the suspects. If BART is not releasing the video due to the race of the suspects that makes BART racially biased. Is this a good place to link to the definition of hypocrisy?
