Becomes Security.World

SecurityHive becomes Security.World

After nearly two years as the news and informational portal for physical security and video surveillance is evolving into Security.World. And along with the new brand and new focus on delivering more thought leadership about our industry, Security.World has added Jay Jason Bartlett as Managing Editor.

Covering more of the physical security and video surveillance industry from a global perspective – and attempting to share what other innovators are implementing from the four corners of the Earth, Security.World will strive to be the source for what is happening – and why it’s important.

As Security.World (formerly grows, we also welcome Jay Jason Bartlett to the team in the role of Managing Editor. Bartlett will be responsible for the day to day editorial direction of the site and to work with manufacturers and industry experts to deliver thoughtful and relative content to our community. Bartlett brings nearly a decade of expertise from our industry as the former VP of Sales and Marketing at video management software (VMS) company, SoleraTec.

Security.World hopes to engage our community and encourage them to participate with their insight on what works and what is just hype. Our intent as Security.World moves forward is to be more interactive with the end-users, manufacturers, and resellers/systems integrators that work day-in and day-out in this industry.
