You should have completed at least three days of formal instruction on GSA locks, and be completely familiar with installing, operating and programming the FF-L-2740 locks, as well as the mechanical GSA locks. No instruction is given on these locks during the three day recertification course. You should also have experience working with the GSA containers themselves. Successful completion requires you to have this experience and knowledge prior to taking this 3 day inspector certification update course.
