Grandstream Networks, the leading manufacturer of IP voice/video telephony and video surveillance solutions, is releasing its next new product for beta testing by the Grandstream Beta Club. A few of the current Grandstream products that have gone through testing by the Beta Club include the GXV32xx series Android video phones, the UCM6510 IP PBX, the GVR3550 NVR, Grandstream Wave softphone app, as well as the revolutionary new GVC3200 video conference system.
For the newest beta test, the Grandstream Beta Club is looking for IP-video surveillance enthusiasts,those who like to experiment with and test new products, and those whose innovative ideas can transform the way IP-video surveillance is applied in today?s market.
Ideal candidates are those who have extensive experience with IP-video surveillance products, including cameras, encoders, decoders,video management software, and recording devices.Those who exhibit a dedicated interest in exploring IP surveillance technology are also invited to apply.
The next product being released to the Grandstream Beta Club is a medium capacity network video recorder(NVR). This innovative NVR integrates real-time video recording, storage management, event indexing and searching, as well as local/remote playback for up to 16-HD (720p) IP video cameras simultaneously. The device supports all Grandstream surveillance products as well as all ONVIF compliant IP -cameras.
A live feed can view up to 16-cameras simultaneously and the NVR can save up to 4TB of video files. Users can connect Grandstream?s NVR to an external computer or TV monitor using the VGA or HDMI output to view recordings, monitor live feeds and adjust settings. The device supports up to two SATA 2.5? easily swappable hard drives (without opening the case), and includes one Gigabit network port.
The Grandstream Beta Club will have available 30 units of the NVR starting June 30th.
Program Availability & Pricing
Each product beta test released through the Grandstream Beta Club will have a limited amount of beta test units available. Application to the Grandstream Beta Club is open to anyone and is FREE. Selection of participants will be determined by Grandstream based on applicant qualification.
The cost to participate in a beta test will be $1 to cover handling, however the product model and shipping will be free of charge for each active beta tester. There is no charge to applicants who are not selected for a Beta test
