Interlogix , a leader in security and life-safety solutions for residential and commercial enterprises, has acquired Ultra High Speed (UHS) from Australian company Hills Limited to broaden its global portfolio of intrusion product offerings and services. Interlogix will preview some of the newly acquired technology at ISC West booth #18019 in Las Vegas, April 2-4. Interlogix is a part of UTC Building & Industrial Systems, a unit of United Technologies Corp. . UHS is a technology provider of telecommunications infrastructure equipment, Web application servers, modems and customized network management systems. This transaction will broaden and strengthen Interlogix’s portfolio of residential and commercial intrusion panels, mobile applications and communication solutions.
