PROMISE Technology Inc. announced it will be exhibiting at IFSEC International in London where the company will showcase its new Surveillance Cloud in addition to partnering with leading video management software (VMS) providers who will demonstrate their solutions with Vess A2000 NVRs in dedicated workstations at the PROMISE display.
Aimetis, AxxonSoft, CamIQ, and Milestone will each have a representative at the PROMISE display and their own workstation which will allow visitors to experience in depth demonstrations highlighting the benefits the VMS solutions integrated with the PROMISE Vess A2000 Series can deliver to a range of security projects.
Additionally, PROMISE will showcase how its cloud infrastructure for video surveillance as a service provides new possibilities to protect smaller businesses and chain stores.
PROMISE?s cloud infrastructure is designed for companies providing video surveillance as a service. The service is activated through the end user?s IP camera with the video hosted and managed at the service provider?s Internet Data Center. The Surveillance Cloud enables the service provider to deploy thousands of cameras and can store video for hundreds of days.
The solution provides great simplicity to end users, offloads their initial costs, provides plug and play convenience, and enables anytime and anywhere viewing. At IFSEC, PROMISE will showcase the Surveillance Cloud in live demonstrations with IP cameras set up on-site and at its offices in the Netherlands, Taiwan and Japan with footage archived on the VSky A-Series that can scale-out to the petabyte-level.
PROMISE?s open storage platforms for video surveillance, including Vess A2000 NVRs and Vess R2000 and VTrak x30 external storage, support a range of VMS, including the latest solutions from Aimetis, AxxonSoft, CamIQ, Milestone and others. Attendees can experience how each VMS solution integrates seamlessly with Vess A2000 NVRs to meet the needs of their project, including effectively handling high resolution video from HD/megapixel cameras.
At IFSEC, attendees can try PROMISE?s new Surveillance Project Design Tool. The new online tool helps system integrators and security professionals quickly and easily choose the optimal PROMISE solution for their project.
With a brand new look and feel, users can sign up to access a range of advanced functions now available as part of the design tool, including support for multiple camera entry, multiple video management software and high-availability options. Once the user has entered all their required settings, the tool will showcase what PROMISE recommends for NVRs and storage, and will provide a detailed report showing the overall design of the user?s surveillance project.
?We are really excited to exhibit at IFSEC in London to provide customers with an up-close look at how our on-premise, open platform solutions integrate seamlessly with solutions throughout the surveillance ecosystem. Plus, we are offering a first look at our new Surveillance Cloud,? said John van den Elzen, managing director, PROMISE Technology EMEA. ?The PROMISE Surveillance Cloud ensures providers have a reliable and scalable video service and storage solution that will be ideal for end-users looking for convenient remote access to surveillance video, lower maintenance costs and fewer worries.?
