Barrier1 Systems Teams with Perimeter Protection Group to bring a full range of perimeter security
Barrier1 is a North Carolina based manufacturer of crash tested vehicle barriers. Since 2006, these Made in America products have been installed at more than 1,000 locations across the United States, Canada and 11 other countries. This past month, the company announced a master licensing agreement with Perimeter Protection Group of Germany to sell, distribute, and in short time manufacture PPG’s complete line of security barriers and products, which currently protect critical infrastructure, government buildings, and military installations around the world.
Invixium Temperature Screening At PPG Chemical Plant
Invixium has been chosen to provide PPG an automated touchless solution to accurately measure employee temperatures at staff entry doors. When faces with the overwhelming cost of screening employee temperatures during the COVID-19 pandemic, PPG sought to invest in a solution that achieved high accuracy without breaking their budget. When the COVID-19 outbreak took hold in the United States in March of 2020, PPG took swift action by hiring additional security professionals to screen employee temperatures before entering their chemical plant.
