ADT Commercial announced that it will move forward as a standalone organization and rebrand as Everon, with the acquisition completion of ADT Inc.’s (“ADT”, NYSE: ADT) commercial security and fire segment to GTCR, a leading private equity firm.
“Introducing Everon to the industry as a standalone company is a huge milestone in our commercial organization’s journey,” said Dan Bresingham, Chief Executive Officer.
