ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions announced that French-based ALCEA (SAS), whose acquisition was made known in August this year, will be merged into Global Solutions? Critical Infrastructure business.
ALCEA has a strong focus on access control and relevant vertical markets. The parties will present their combined offering at the Expoprotection trade show in Paris, 15?17 November.

ALCEA?s has a turnover of approximately 20 million euros. The company is well established in the French-speaking market, in addition to France, also in South America.
