Europe’s newest multipurpose arena, Nokia Arena in Tampere, Finland, includes state-of-the-art access management. Security and access control systems are integrated with arena staff shifts and logistics. Mobile devices and wristbands are used as keys. Rapid emergency exit is also central to the arena, which draws 15,000 people. Solutions for the arena have been provided by Abloy Oy.

LifeSafety Power was established in 2009 and has some 65 employees. The main office is located in Libertyville, Illinois. Beginning this fall, students, faculty and staff at Clemson University will be able to add their IDs to Apple Wallet and use their iPhone and Apple Watch to access buildings on campus, purchase meals and much more. To support student IDs in Apple Wallet on iPhone and Apple Watch, HID provides Seos-enabled credentials, HID iCLASS SE and HID OMNIKEY readers.
