Together with principal owner Canon?s Chairman and CEO Fujio Mitarai, Axis Communications announced the expansion plan at a meeting today with representatives from the municipality, university and the faculty of engineering.

The nine-floor office building with a total area of almost 350,000 square feet will occupy an entire block at the Ideon Science Park and will accommodate many of Axis? corporate functions. Research and development, which constitutes the largest part of the operations in Lund, will also remain in the existing main building on Emdalav
