The CS4CA MENA Summit 2019 takes place as cyber-attacks are rocking the Oil and Gas, Energy, Utility, Chemical, Petrochemical, Water industries etc. The growing frequency and sophistication of these cyber-threats has prompted a huge increase in both funding and attention paid to cyber-security. This however, is not enough, and there is immense need for companies to put in place robust and holistic cyber security policies. It is time to move from recovery-focused to proactive and forward-thinking discussions that will bridge the gap between government, IT and OT senior leaders.
