The effective analysis and communication of commercial intelligence is a rapidly developing area of responsibility for security managers. This course provides a critical introduction to the key ideas, techniques and issues that make up the effective use of intelligence within a corporate environment.
Drawing experience and lessons from the commercial and public sectors, this course will equip and develop security managers to manage intelligence from an enterprise perspective and to look at how it can be used to inform strategic and operational security management, including threat, risk, loss, physical, electronic and procedural security measures as well as risk, crisis and disaster management.
