ToorCamp, the American hacker camp, first “launched” at the Titan-1 Missile Silo in Washington State in 2009. The second and third ToorCamp happened in 2012 and 2014 on the beautiful Washington Coast. This year we’re continuing the tradition by moving to the Doe Bay Resort on Orcas Island,
