HID Global’s Denis Hebert Quits as President & CEO

Denis Hébert, HID Global’s president and CEO, has silently resigned from his position. There has been no official announcement and the company has yet to report the change.

Hébert, who is currently the chairman-elect of the Security Industry Association (SIA), was president and CEO of HID Global from November 2002 until this May, as well as an executive vice president of ASSA ABLOY.

Ulf Södergren, CTO of HID’s parent company ASSA ABLOY, will serve as interim CEO, according to the HID Global website.

Before joining HID Global, Hébert spent 16 years at Honeywell, most recently as president of NexWatch.
