Over 300 attendees witnessed the inaugural San Diego Security Show at the Town And Country Convention Center last week with both exhibitors and attendees praising the event for its top-flight speakers and the intimate venue where customers and vendors could discuss in length the various physical security technologies on display.
From Arecont Vision to ZKAccess, this year’s San Diego Security Show highlighted the latest in high-resolution IP-Cameras, body worn video cameras, facial recognition-based access control systems, highly resilient video surveillance networking, ultrasonic finger-print scanners, long-term video storage solutions, video management software, and other solutions to corporate, law enforcement, and campus security.
The event drew attendees from all around Southern California, Arizona, and Las Vegas area of Nevada. It also garnered local TV coverage on local San Diego stations, KUSI9, CW6, and KGTV10.

The primary focus of the San Diego Security Show is to encourage attendees to actually engage with the security technology. Enroll in the facial recognition access control system or set-off the trip wire on the video analytic system to learn how a complete end-to-end physical security infrastructure works.
This is the first year of the San Diego Security Show and Security.World is already working on the 2018 event to showcase even more physical security technologies.
