StoneLock®, a global leader in designing and manufacturing secure facial recognition access control solutions, announced that it will be will be unveiling its newest biometric-centric solution, StoneLock Gateway, at ASIS on September 26-28, 2017 at the Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center in Dallas, Texas. StoneLock Gateway is designed to deliver a seamless integration pathway for enterprise-level security.
With the addition of StoneLock Gateway, StoneLock now provides an enterprise biometrics solution that provides scalability, high availability, seamless functionality, and traceability across multiple simultaneously connected physical access control systems (PACs), enterprise resource planning systems (ERPs), and other external system integrations. This will provide credentialing data and monitor activity. As enterprises expand and adopt biometric solutions, StoneLock Gateway overcomes limitations with traditional PAC systems that do not allow for the full functionality and power of a biometric device.
?Over this past year, StoneLock has experienced unprecedented growth in sales, partnerships and product advancements, and we are excited to share our expanded product line and solutions at ASIS 2017,? said StoneLock CEO and Co-Founder Colleen Dunlap. ?We are especially proud to debut one of our newest innovations, StoneLock Gateway, which was developed to meet the market demand for scalability and versatility in system integrations, while building on StoneLock?s suite of solutions for enterprise level security.?
In addition to learning about StoneLock Gateway, ASIS attendees can experience the proven StoneLock Pro, a frictionless facial recognition device for access control. Through its intuitive and user-friendly interface, users simply approach the StoneLock Pro device, which detects and measures more than 2,000 points of reflectivity on the user?s face in less than a second through near infrared (NIR) technology, to provide trusted and immediate authentication.
With an accuracy rate of better than one in a quarter million, (0.0004% False Acceptance Rate) it is ideal for users who recognize the inherent weaknesses of standalone access badges or PINs that can get lost, stolen, or shared.
StoneLock?s frictionless and reliable verification of identity is quickly gaining praise in the most critical and rigorous applications enterprise security has to offer with adoption by over a third of the Fortune 100 companies as their enterprise biometric of choice for access control.
StoneLock?s products will be available for demonstration at Booth #4455 as well as with industry partners Boon Edam at Booth #4003, HID Global at Booth #3009, and Johnson Controls/TYCO Security Products at Booth #4119.
