Surveon Introduces New NVR For Larger Applications

Surveon Technology, the enterprise NVR solutions provider, announced the Linux-based NVR3304 will be added to its Professional Series. The NVR3304 supports up to 32 channels of 5MP cameras recording onto a 4-bay hard disk storage NVR utilzing RAID 1, 5, or 6 data redundancy. The system results in a high level of recording throughput at up to 192Mbps, ensuring cameras can be recorded and viewed reliably.

Dual Display Support and Flexible Dual Usages with Dual Locations
NVR3304 supports dual display that allows more channels/cameras can be viewed simultaneously and enables different tasks to be monitored at the same time. Also, the NVR3304 can be installed as a desktop unit or it can be rack-mounted, allowing users to manage locally and remotely, enhancing the flexibility of usage.

Built-in Enterprise VMS with 12 Video Analytics
With its client-server architecture and easy scalability, Surveon VMS allows multiple access from web, remote, and mobile clients, helping users manage surveillance anywhere while preventing incidents such as thefts or other illegalities in real time. Moreover, video analytics such as People Counting can be used as an indicator, showing hot and cold traffic areas for retailers ensuring optimal merchandise placement.

iSCSI/NAS Storage Expansion Support
NVR3304 allows users to use iSCSI/NAS connectivity to expand the volume of storage for data backup and recording purposes, making it an ideal solution for mid-to-large applications such as retail, healthcare, and education.

The initial shipment of NVR3304 Series is scheduled at the end of July.
