Climber_logo Full-Time — San Francisco, CAThe Security Director enables business success by executing Twitter’s Security Department worldwide strategies and services.  Responsibilities include identifying, evaluating and mitigating security risks in a manner that meets internal, compliance and regulatory requirements while executing company goals, policies and procedures.  The Director of Security should also be available during non-business hours to clarify matters of policy and procedures, as well as being on call to provide emergency assistance. Additional responsibilities also include administration of the access control system, security system components including closed-circuit television (CCTV), intrusion alarms, account security system, and special projects regarding access control.  Critical Results:   Develop, implement and manage global security strategies, processes and policies aligned with business goals and objectives to enhance corporate value and mitigate legal and reputational risk in five core strategic areas:   Employee and Asset Protection.  Deliver programs to protect employees and create safe and compliant work environments regionally, including managing employee travel protection program and providing protection for executive management as needed.
