Lanner Electronics Inc., launches next-generation rugged, fanless V3 Series vehicle gateway controllers – V3G and V3S. While V3G is targeted for smart bus implementation, including fleet management and passenger information display, V3S aims at video surveillance, recording and analytics. V3G and V3S feature the new generation 14 nm Intel^® Atom^™ x7-E3950 SoC (formerly Apollo Lake). This processor consumes low volume of power and offers performance upgrade for vehicle computing needs from previous generation of Atom^™ processors.
