ASSA ABLOY Electronic Security Hardware Showcases Expanded Product Line At ISC West

ASSA ABLOY Electronic Security Hardware demonstrates its commitment to providing comprehensive system solutions by showcasing expanded offerings in cabinet locks, power supplies and energy efficient products at ISC West 2018.

At the show, ASSA ABLOY Electronic Security Hardware will introduce the Securitron AQ Series Power Supplies alongside its newly released Securitron M680E Magnalock® with EcoMag® Technology and HES K20 and KP20 Cabinet Locks.

“These new products highlight our commitment to giving integrators the flexibility and options they need to meet customer demands,” said David Corbin, Senior Product Manager, ASSA ABLOY.

“HES and Securitron have built global reputations for innovative electric strikes and durable magnetic locks. By expanding our cabinet lock, power supply and sustainable locking solutions, we’re helping customers secure any opening no matter the size, from doors to drawers.”

ASSA ABLOY Electronic Security Hardware will preview the Securitron AQ Series Power Supplies, offering increased efficiency resulting in longer lifespan of electronics and decreased operating costs.

The AQ Power Supplies’ heavily filtered and regulated output provides linear-like performance and offers an expanded portfolio of products, as well as a mix and match UL listing that grants thousands of UL Listed configuration combinations, helping partners offer more customization options.

Sustainable products are one of ASSA ABLOY Electronic Security Hardware’s biggest areas of expansion. Both the Securitron M680E Magnalock with EcoMag Technology and the Securitron EcoPower Power Supply will be on display in the booth showcasing the innovations of its energy efficient product line.

The Securitron M680E Magnalock with EcoMag Technology delivers an increased holding strength of 1,200 lbs and all-in-one optional integration features, such as Door Position Switch, BondSTAT lock sensor, Door Prop Sensing and PIR REX.

Energy efficient, with an average power draw as low as 60mA at 24V, the Securitron M680E EcoMag reduces energy consumption by 80 percent over previous Securitron M680 series, allowing for the use of smaller backup batteries and longer wire runs utilizing thinner wire.

The Securitron EcoPower Power Supply is designed to work with low-power electrified access control devices and reduces standby power consumption to only 8.5mW. EcoPower is the most efficient, feature-rich power supply available today.

The new HES K20 and KP20 Cabinet Locks are ASSA ABLOY Electronic Security Hardware’s first cabinet lock products for both residential and commercial applications.

The stand-alone AAA battery-powered cabinet locks feature affordable, yet sophisticated styling and convenience for securing drawers and sliding or swinging doors for low to medium security applications.

Lastly, the award-winning, innovative design of theHES 1500/1600 Electric Strike Series accommodates every brand of cylindrical and mortise lock that works with a 4-7/8-inch strike plate.

The adjustability of the integrated shim and interchangeable faceplates allows the flexibility installers need to overcome unexpected door conditions on the job site.

HES and Securitron suppliers of electric strikes, electromagnetic locks and access control components, united as ASSA ABLOY Electronic Security Hardware in 2018.

ASSA ABLOY is a global leader in door opening solutions, dedicated to satisfying end-user demands for security, safety and convenience.
