BEST Crowd Management Wins Contracts for the Super Bowl Experience and World University Games

Leading crowd management and event services company will staff more than 1,200 employees across the two events

BEST Crowd Management announced that it will be providing services for the NFL at the Super Bowl in Phoenix, Ariz. and the FISU World University Games held in Lake Placid, Essex County, N.Y.

At the Super Bowl, BEST will staff more than 800 employees for crowd management services at the Super Bowl Experience, NFL’s interactive football theme park; the nationally televised award show NFL Honors; at the league hotel; plus more projects associated with the game.

At the 2023 World Games, BEST will provide all event security, totaling 400 staff working across 16 venues. Combining high-level sport with educational and cultural events, the 11-day international competition is the second largest multi-sport winter event in the world. During the course of the games over 2,500 athletes from 50 countries will compete in 86 medal events.
