Everon has expanded its regional structure and appointed seasoned leaders to enhance operational agility and elevate customer experience. Ranked the third-largest security company in the U.S. by SDM Magazine, the company has transitioned to four dedicated operating regions: Central / Gulf, East, North / West, and Pacific.
The new structure is designed to bring leadership closer to customers, increase responsiveness, and strengthen collaborative execution across installation and service teams.

New Regional Leaders Announced
Central / Gulf Region

Kwame Williams, Sr. Vice President
With nearly 25 years in the industry, Williams has held key leadership roles at Red Hawk Fire & Security, ADT Commercial, and Everon. He previously served as SVP for Everon’s Central region before its expansion.
Pacific Region

Tondria Lopeztello, Sr. Vice President
Lopeztello brings 32 years of experience across sales, operations, and National Accounts. For the last seven years, she led the Los Angeles district as Vice President/General Manager, earning top performance honors.
East Region

Jim Hampton, Sr. Vice President
Hampton offers over 27 years of industry experience and a strong record of operational leadership. He most recently oversaw the Alabama, Georgia, and Carolinas offices. He is also a U.S. Air Force veteran with 30 years of service.
North / West Region

Brian Willis, Sr. Vice President
With over 25 years in sales and operations leadership, Willis has built high-performing teams at Red Hawk Fire & Security, ADT Commercial, and Everon. He recently served as VP/GM for Northern California.
