Integrator VTI Security Has Management Changes Around Strong Growth

VideoTronix, Incorporated, dba VTI Security, announces the following management changes and promotions in support of its substantial growth and move to number 17 on SDM’s list of top integrators.

?Our investment in the infrastructure and vocabulary of our culture has supported this growth?, said COO, Bryan Viau. ?These organizational changes bring a sharp focus and internal accountability to our customer relationships, industry partnerships, engineering services, business development and employee (colleague) retention/engagement.?

John Nowak – promoted to Senior Vice President. John will be responsible for coordinating VTI?s efforts across all offices in the areas of manufacturer relations, revenue creation, customer relationships, account management and overall business development. John will report to Bryan Viau, Chief Operating Officer.

Josh Cummings – promoted to Director, Engineering Services. Josh will engage and coordinate the engineering activity in all VTI offices. He will now report to Rick Allan, Chief Technology Officer, and they will identify best practices, lead our technology decisions and guide the technical training needs for the company.

Steve Fisher – promoted to Director, Business Development. In his new role he will expand his sphere of influence to include working with the sales, service and operations team in all of our offices in a coordinated fashion. Steve will report to John Nowak.

Alex Motta – promoted to Director, Sourcing and Supply Chain Services. Alex has elevated the function formally known as purchasing into a strategic department responsible for securing the profitability from our equipment supplier/partners. He will continue to work with John Nowak and Tom Asp as they establish and guide our partnerships with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors. Alex reports to Bryan Viau, Chief Operating Officer.

Seth Morgan – promoted to Director, Client Services. Seth will be responsible for the direct supervision of the client service process from the initial request thru final invoicing and payment for all VTI offices.

Ray McGrady, Technical Services Manager in the Arvada office, his staff and the existing client services staff in the Minnesota office will report to Seth.

This move is designed to consolidate our thinking around the products and services we provide and the infrastructure and staffing we have to support them.

It does not change our commitment to the ?local touch? service that our customers have become accustomed to receiving for the past three decades.

Becca Rausenberger – has been hired as Director, Human Resources and will be based in the corporate office in Minnesota. She has a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management and is a Certified Human Resource Professional.

She held previous positions as Manager, Human Resources and Manager, Human Resources Operations at Best Buy, Inc. in Minneapolis. In this new role, Becca will be responsible for all current functions of the human resources department including the supervision of the current HR staff.
