ISONAS to Showcase PowerNet IP Bridge at ASIS Expo

ISONAS

ISONAS Inc., a leading Pure IP access control system manufacturer, announced that the company will be exhibiting at the ASIS International 61st Annual Seminar and Exhibition trade show, the world’s most influential security conference with over 20,000 security professionals from around the world.

The ASIS International show will take place from September 28th to October 1st 2015 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, CA. At the show, ISONAS will be showcasing its PowerNet™ IP Bridge hardware at booth #3957, a product that completes ISONAS’s Pure IP technology solution. Customers can now seamlessly and cost effectively expand legacy systems to operate within an ISONAS Pure IP environment.

Like the encoder, which allowed analog video surveillance systems to move to IP, the PowerNet IP Bridge offers customers using a Wiegand panel system a simple transition path to a Pure IP Access Control solution without a rip and replace. This gives end users the opportunity to convert panel-based access control at existing doors to a Pure IP solution.

By replacing the subpanels with a direct network connection and eliminating the need for specialized wiring and back-up power; the IP Bridge not only allows customers to easily grow their system in the future, but save money by reducing equipment and maintenance costs on existing doors.

This flexible solution offers faster user response times, less network traffic, and reduced host system loading.

“We are very excited to be exhibiting at the ASIS International show this year and have the opportunity to showcase our PowerNet IP Bridge hardware along with our other Pure IP-based solutions at our booth.” states Rob Mossman, CEO of ISONAS.

ISONAS is continuing to make a splash within the security industry by unlocking simpler solutions to a Pure IP world. ASIS attendees are invited to come by the ISONAS booth and learn how various companies have utilized this new technology to leverage their existing IT network and legacy security infrastructure.

For example, The Denver Post in Denver, Colorado (with 2,500 users) benefited greatly from ISONAS’s transitional tools. They were able to convert 96 doors using the ISONAS PowerNet IP Bridges all without changing the existing enclosures. With the PowerNet IP Bridge hardware completing the ISONAS Pure IP Technology solution, companies can now easily migrate to a Pure IP world seamlessly.
