The Portwell WEBS-2190 is a fan-less embedded system featuring Intel Atom processor E3800. Its rugged, compact design plus low power consumption make WEBS-2190 the perfect solution for applications in kiosk, digital signage, in-vehicle mobile video surveillance, medical, defense and the harsh environments of factory automation.

American Portwell Technology, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Portwell, Inc., a world-leading innovator in the Industrial PC (IPC) market and a Premier member of the Intel Internet of Things (IoT) Solutions Alliance, announces the release of the WEBS-2190, a fan-less embedded system featuring Intel Atom™ processor E3800.

Its rugged, compact design plus low power consumption make WEBS-2190 the perfect solution for applications in kiosk, in-vehicle mobile video surveillance, medical, defense, and the harsh environments of factory automation.

The new rugged WEBS-2190 is equipped with the Portwell NANO-6060 Nano-ITX embedded system board based on the Intel Atom processor E3800 product family (formerly codenamed Bay Trail, 5W~10W), which integrates the Intel Gen 7 graphics architecture with performance that doubles that of the previous generation.

The NANO-6060 also features one single channel 24-bit LVDS connection; one DisplayPort (DP) on the rear I/O with resolution up to 2560 x 1600; one on-board VGA port with resolution up to 1920 x 1200; and 204-pin non-ECC SODIMM supporting up to 4GB of DDR3L.

In addition, the NANO-6060 is designed to operate under the wide industrial temperature ranging from -40ºC to 85ºC required by numerous critical applications.
