Ritzman Joins Aiphone As Senior Graphics And Advertising/Public Relations Specialist
Cindy Ritzman joined Aiphone as its new senior graphics and advertising/public relations specialist. Ritzman, a 20-year advertising and marketing veteran, will be responsible not only for design, but also for driving the advertising and public relations strategy. She previously served in positions as director of marketing and as creative director for several high-tech, consumer and Fortune 100 companies. Ritzman’s strong graphics and marketing background make her a good fit for Aiphone, according to Dana Pruiett, Aiphone’s North America marketing manager.
Aiphone Wins Second Deming Prize
Aiphone announced it has received a 2018 Deming Prize, one of the world’s highest awards for successful implementation of total quality management (TQM) programs. This is the second time Aiphone has won the prestigious international award. The company also recently achieved ISO 9001:2015 accreditation issued by the independent, Switzerland-based International Organization for Standardization. The ISO 9001 series is recognized internationally as a hallmark of production quality. Aiphone has held ISO 9001 accreditation since 1993.
Kapustein Joins Aiphone As Meeting Event & Trade Show Planner
Kimberly Kapustein has joined Aiphone, the leading international manufacturer of intercom and entry security products, as the company’s meeting event and trade show planner. She will be responsible for strategic event planning including the management and coordination of all trade shows and meetings. She will also handle promotional products for Aiphone events. Kapustein’s strong background in strategic event planning and trade show management fits well with Aiphone’s current direction.
Aiphone Launches Completely Redesigned Website
Aiphone announces the launch of an entirely redesigned website intended to make information about company products and services easier to locate and share. The new site includes a product filtering page to assist dealers, integrators and end users in finding the products they want or need. Visitors use drop-down menus to enter categories such as system size, key functions and equipment type. The site compares the data to Aiphone products then makes recommendations for the job.
