Introducing ALCEA: The Renewed Brand for Critical Infrastructure
Official re-launch of the ALCEA brand by ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions. ALCEA is committed to protecting vital infrastructure worldwide and will become the main brand offering critical infrastructure solutions. ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions is announcing that their critical infrastructure offering will adapt ALCEA as its main brand. French-based ALCEA SAS has roots in the security solutions industry dating back to 1995 and was acquired by ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions in 2022.
ALCEA acquisition to complement ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions’ critical infrastructure offering
ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions announced that French-based ALCEA (SAS), whose acquisition was made known in August this year, will be merged into Global Solutions’ Critical Infrastructure business. ALCEA has a strong focus on access control and relevant vertical markets. The parties will present their combined offering at the Expoprotection trade show in Paris, 15–17 November. ALCEA’s has a turnover of approximately 20 million euros. The company is well established in the French-speaking market, in addition to France, also in South America.
