LenelS2 OnGuard and Milestone XProtect Jointly Added to U.S. Air Force
LenelS2 announced its OnGuard® and Milestone Systems XProtect® have been added to the U.S. Air Force Intrusion Detection System Equipment List (IDSEL). LenelS2 is a part of Carrier Global Corporation. Following a rigorous qualification process, including extensive testing and evaluation of both the OnGuard system and the XProtect solution, the U.S. Air Force added the combined system to the IDSEL. The joint OnGuard system and XProtect video solution was tested and approved to protect Air Force Protection Level 1 (PL-1) non-nuclear through PL-4 sites around the globe.
Milestone Extends Technical Support Hours, Enhances Comprehensive Services
Integrators and resellers will be pleased to know that the Milestone Systems Americas Technical Support team has extended its hours of operation. Now Milestone partners on the U.S. East Coast, Eastern Canada, and in Brazil will have access to Technical Support two hours earlier, beginning at 7:00 a.m. Eastern Time. Milestone Systems has adjusted its hours of operation in the Americas. Milestone Technical Support for its partners is now open for business beginning at 4 a.m. Pacific time.

New Milestone Device Pack Makes Mobile Safety Smarter
Milestone Systems has released Device Pack 9.8 for partners and customers using Milestone XProtect video solutions. The bi-monthly device packs contain software updates for XProtect video management to support new hardware. The latest Device Pack 9.8 update for hardware support in Milestone XProtect Video Management Software implements local storage for body-worn cameras and adds support for SRTP (Secure Real-time Transport Protocol) on Axis devices.
