ASSA ABLOY (STO:ASSAB) has signed an agreement to acquire ODIS Limitada, a leading supplier of locks, padlocks, and steel doors to the Chilean market. ODIS, established in 1930, is headquartered in Santiago, Chile and has 240 employees.
