Siemplify released a new version of its security operations platform. Version 5.0 continues to raise the bar for end-to-end security operations management, adding new capabilities that make security analysts more productive, security engineers more effective and SOC managers more informed and empowered. The Siemplify Security Operations Platform now enables organizations to streamline both tactical and strategic responses.
Siemplify announced that Siemplify customers, along with CEO and co-founder Amos Stern, will deliver a presentation on “Security Orchestration, Automation and Response – Tales from the Trenches” during June’s Gartner Security and Risk Management Summit 2019. The talk will separate hype from reality by demonstrating how organizations leverage SOAR in the real world as a force multiplier for their security operations.
Siemplify announced the appointment of Bradd Barmettler as global head of channel. Mr. Barmettler will develop, execute, and manage the company’s strategic business plans relating to the overall channel partner ecosystem (i.e. value-added resellers, distributors, and consulting and system integrators), to successfully implement service offerings and generate additional value for partners. Mr. Barmettler brings 20 years of engineering, sales, and channel experience in the network security space to his new role.
