Seasoned marketing and technology executive joins to help architect the positioning of Arcules unified security platform
Arcules announced the appointment of Lisa Harris as its Director of Marketing.
Harris will lead the global marketing team to extend and grow marketing at Arcules to meet the demands of the business now and in the future. She will design and implement robust marketing efforts and strategies across the Arcules organization, including product marketing, demand generation, brand positioning and design, events, and content marketing.
?We?re defining a new category in video and security, and that is an amazing opportunity, but it also presents a significant challenge ? determining how to help customers understand the value they can derive out of cloud-based security platforms,? said Nigel Waterton, Chief Revenue Officer, Arcules.
?That?s important work and in a complex and fast-growing global business like ours, it?s a formidable task, requiring a strong and creative marketing leader. Luckily, we?ve found the individual to drive this task in Lisa, who exemplifies our values, and her extensive marketing experience on a global scale is unparalleled.?
Harris brings a wealth of leadership and marketing experience to Arcules. She?s spent the past four years at Envysion, most recently as the Senior Director of Marketing. During her tenure, she and her team were responsible for the success of the company?s video intelligence business, driving demand generation, and the market positioning of the company?s technologies and services.
?I’m ecstatic to be joining Arcules,? said Harris. ?The company is at a unique inflection point: Arcules is emerging as the de facto unified cloud security service for leading brands around the world. I look forward to working closely with Nigel and the marketing team in the coming months to help Arcules seize this growth opportunity and promote the future of cloud security services for our customers, our partners, and our team.?
Arcules, a Canon Group company, addresses the unmet need of modern enterprises for integrated cloud-based video surveillance, access control, and IoT with its Unified Cloud Security Platform.
