Arcules announced that the company will expand its reach into Latin America, engaging manufacturer’s representative firm LAR Group to promote the Arcules Unified Cloud Security Platform across the region. Arcules announced that it has appointed Michael Hygild as Director of Sales, EMEA, effective July 1, 2020. The addition of Hygild to the Arcules leadership team will help to accelerate the company’s current momentum and ignite its next phase of growth. In his new role, Hygild will be responsible for leading strategic sales initiatives, including channel programs, within Europe. Hygild joins Arcules from Hikvision where he managed the Hikvision Europe.
Arcules and RAS Watch Partner to Optimize Global Security Operations Center Management
Arcules has announced a strategic partnership with RAS Watch to deliver a fully managed and outsourced global security operations center (GSOC) solution. The jointly developed Rapid Deployment Kit incorporates the Arcules cloud video management system and Axis Communications IP cameras, as well as remote monitoring, alert verification and system health monitoring from RAS Watch.

Arcules announced the addition of Nigel Waterton as Chief Revenue Officer. Waterton has led winning sales and operations teams for more than 22 years, building and managing large, high-growth technology organizations. Waterton is a 10-year veteran of Aronson Security Group, where he served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Development. During his tenure with ASG, Waterton led a cross-disciplinary team within the company.
