HID, a worldwide leader in trusted identity solutions, has acquired inepro ID, a provider of contactless authentication solutions for secure print release and identity management. inepro ID is part of inepro Group, a Dutch technology company headquartered in Nieuw-Vennep.
Founded in the 1990s, inepro ID specializes in RFID and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) authentication solutions for facility management and identification. Its solutions are used primarily in Europe, with a growing presence in North and Latin America.
Key applications include secure cloud printing and document flow control, smart locker management, micropayments and user activity registration.

By adding these products to its portfolio, HID is better positioned to accelerate growth across a variety of use cases and geographies.
