DVTEL, INC., the video surveillance solutions provider, announced the addition of John Skowronski as DVTEL?s new VP of Sales, the Americas and Global Accounts. Mr. Skowronski brings an extensive history of sales, marketing and business development experience with a wide variety of leading security and technology companies.
Most recently, he served as the Vice President for Worldwide Sales with Quantum Secure, where he was responsible for planning, organizing, and leading sales and operations.
Prior to that, he worked as the Vice President of Business Development for Proximex, a leading PSIM provider, later acquired by Tyco International.
His experience also includes working with UTC?s North American Security Business Unit, Tyco Fire and Security, and ADT Security Systems.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in political science and government from Frostburg State University.
