Invixium Opens US Headquarters in Norwalk, CT

Invixium announces the opening of its US Headquarters in Norwalk, CT. The new office has been established to help answer the increasing demand for Invixium’s highly accurate and versatile biometric solutions that have been surging in popularity even before the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Norwalk location was selected due to its centralized location in the northeast region of the US and Invixium’s win in the 2018 Venture Clash competition in Connecticut.

“The Americas represent an essential region for Invixium’s growth trajectory,” said Shiraz Kapadia, CEO & President of Invixium.

“Invixium USA provides a dedicated base in a prime location from which we can better serve the needs of new and existing customers. Combined with our recent introduction of innovative touchless and temperature detection biometric devices, this expansion uniquely positions Invixium to provide businesses with the safety and security technologies they need right now.”

Invixium has increased its global team with new sales and marketing hires in Connecticut to further develop business opportunities in the Americas. Due to its proximity to Invixium’s global headquarters in Toronto as well as major US cities, the Norwalk office is highly accessible to the Canadian team and Invixium’s partners within the US.

Invixium USA will further support the launch of two new solutions recently announced by Invixium.

IXM TITAN, the company’s flagship biometric device, is now available with a new Enhancement Kit that features a thermographic camera for temperature detection with up to +/-0.5°C(1°F) accuracy, along with a new feature called IXM Health within IXM WEB software to accommodate custom workflows in the event of an elevated temperature detection.

IXM TOUCH 2, Invixium’s multi-purpose biometric device, is now field upgradeable with face recognition transforming it into an affordable and completely touchless device.

Invixium manufactures touchless biometric security solutions utilizing face recognition for access control, workforce management, and smart building automation. Their fully integrated hardware and software solutions provide meaningful analytics to enterprises and industries for increased health, safety, productivity, and security.
