Prior to Iveda, Miller developed and executed the overall strategic plan for C3IP Communications, a provider of business-class VoIP services and solutions. As CEO, she was responsible for the performance and management of sales, marketing, technical support and business support functions.

Miller was also the executive director of the Southwest Council of Tech America (formerly the American Electronics Association/AeA). Tech America is the largest and oldest high-tech trade association in the United States.

In her role, she worked closely with C-Level executives at high-technology companies throughout the region. Miller also represented the interests of the regional high-tech industry to legislators and officials at the local, state, and federal levels of government.
