SmartCode™ 260 Keypad delivers value; SmartCode™ 270 Touchpad utilizes new technology
Kwikset unveils its two newest products: SmartCode™ 260 Keypad Deadbolts and SmartCode™ 270 Touchpad Deadbolts. Both deadbolts are now available in Traditional (TRL) and Contemporary (CNT) styles and feature BILT® app support.
The SmartCode™ 260 Keypad Deadbolts provide more value and features, including a new responsive 10-button keypad design, 50 user codes, a new fast motorized deadbolt, cool white LEDs for bright illumination, and Microban® antimicrobial protection technology built into the finish and keypad.
“Many of our mechanical locks have Microban®, but this is our first electronic keyless entry lock where we can say it has the protection of Microban®,” said Josh Hodgson, Product Marketing Manager at Kwikset. TRL styles are available in Polished Brass, Satin Nickel and Venetian Bronze finishes, while CNT styles include Satin Nickel, Matte Black and Polished Chrome finishes.
The SmartCode™ 270 Touchpad Deadbolts introduce a new touchpad interface design that combines tactile feedback with sleek style, bright LED illumination, and easy code access along with 50 user codes and a new fast motorized deadbolt. TRL styles are available in Satin Nickel and Venetian Bronze finishes, while CNT styles include Satin Nickel and Matte Black.
