The City of Carmel, Indiana, has deployed Genetec Security Center across more than 40 municipal sites to unify security and city operations. The platform connects video, alarms, emergency calls, response vehicles, and IoT sensors, helping departments coordinate resources and respond to emergencies. Carmel is also using the system for public works, parks, events, IT operations, and smart city initiatives.
