Quanergy Systems announced that the company is integrating it’s M-Series LiDARs and QORTEX DTC™ 3D Perception Software with Hanwha’s Techwin’s video management software, Wisenet WAVE VMS. This will enable Hanwha customers to optimize and automate security business operations with real-time 3D data including location, direction, speed and type of objects. Motorized vari-focal lenses offer a focal range of 3.54–6.69mm for flexible field of view adjustment in each direction.

Hanwha Techwin announced that We-Ko-Pa Casino Resort, has selected Hanwha cameras for its new state-of-the-art video surveillance system. First established as a bingo-hall style building by the Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation in the early 1990s, the facility received approval to be revamped into a fully-fledged gaming facility in 2017. To ensure the safety of staff and visitors, this also included a new video surveillance system.

Hanwha Techwin announced the immediate availability of a new range of easy to install and affordable Public View Monitors (PVMs) designed to help retailers deter crime. The new Wisenet PVMs offer a complete built-in SSL-connected 2-megapixel camera, eliminating the need for system integrators to install and connect a separate supporting camera. Hanwha Techwin America unveiled two new Wisenet X series NVRs that support the industry’s first video playback and recording of up to 8K super-high-resolution images. 8K recording can cover large areas with sufficient pixel density to allow operators to zoom in digitally and investigate image details in real-time or forensically and still retain a clear image. The new NVRs in the Wisenet X series (XRN-6410DB4/ XRN-3210B4) are scalable to a total of 160TB of available SATA HDD recording capacity.

The multi-purpose device uniquely combines Artificial Intelligence (AI) with a dual-sensor design to securely monitor facility entrances and accurately identify potential health risks. Hanwha Techwin America announced a new app for systems integrators. The new Wisenet QR Scanner App is designed to help quickly create a list of all Wisenet devices associated with a specific project, without having to take the products out of their packaging. The QR code is found on the outside of the product carton, the bottom of the device, as well as on an included extra sticker for Wisenet modular cameras.
