Hirsch will merge with French security software company Prysm on January 1, 2027, creating the new Prysm by Hirsch brand. The merger will strengthen Hirsch’s command-and-control capabilities through AppVision, expand its security portfolio across the value chain and establish a new business line dedicated to intelligent video monitoring services for customers and partners.
