ISS Appoints Chief Marketing Officer
Seasoned and highly respected executive Janet Fenner will be joining Intelligent Security Systems (ISS), and will be taking up the newly created role of Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). She joins directly from Dahua Technology U.S.A. and will start on July 9th. Fenner reports directly to the CEO, Aluisio Figueiredo. She has also been appointed to the ISS Executive Director’s Board, the most senior committee in the company, reporting to the full Board. Fenner was recently recognized as one of the security industry’s top female leaders and newly appointed to the Security Industry Association’s (SIA) Board of Directors.
Manything Continues To Grow With New Distribution Partners And Integrations
Manything is building on their proven integration with Hikvision cameras with the addition of Axis and Dahua camera integrations. In addition, Manything has signed on three new distribution partners (Brooklyn Low Voltage Supply, DSG Distributors and Tristate Telecom) for their Manything Pro SaaS solution offering remote surveillance viewing and offsite cloud recording. With six years of cloud expertise, Manything is now launching Manything Pro for the professional security industry at ISC West 2018 (booth #34061).
SIA Establishes Women In Security Forum
The Security Industry Association, announced on International Women’s Day, the establishment of the SIA Women in Security Forum to support the participation of women in the security industry. Through programs, professional development and networking events, the committee will engage members, both men and women, who share this goal.
