Valerie has been with Boon Edam Inc. a total of 14 years, serving on the Executive Management Team for the past 9 years. In 2012, she was promoted to Vice President of Product and Customer Support where her role then transitioned into Vice President of Customer Experience leading the entire customer support organization of Boon Edam Inc.
