Patriot One Technologies announces the deployment of its Platform at the Plaza Hotel & Casino. Phase 1 deployment of the PATSCAN Platform, offers increased security and safety for resort guests, staff and partners. In addition to the PATSCAN VRS component of the Platform for the detection of visible and invisible threats, such as weapons, disturbances, elevated body temperature identification and facial mask detection, the Plaza will also deploy Patriot One’s new PATSCAN Multi-Sensor Gateway.
Patriot One Appoints Peter Evans as CEO
Patriot One Technologies is pleased to announce the appointment of Peter Evans as Chief Executive Officer, effective on November 16, 2020. Mr. Evans succeeds Martin Cronin who will remain on as a director of the Company. Mr. Evans brings over 25 years of experience working with venture-backed and public companies in executive leadership, operations and board roles. Mr. Evans has demonstrated a track record for success in revenue growth and profitability.
Patriot One Announces CEO Leadership Transition
Patriot One Technologies announces that Martin Cronin, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and one of its early founding members, will be stepping down from his position as CEO. Having overseen the successful rollout of the PATSCAN Multi-Sensor Threat Detection Platform and the commencement of initial sales of the product, Mr. Cronin will remain CEO and a Board Member until his replacement has been found, after which he will remain on the Board in an advisory role.
Patriot One to Deliver Its PATSCAN Platform to Ohio School District
Patriot One Technologies announces receipt of a purchase order for its PATSCAN Multi-Sensor Covert Threat Detection Platform from Ginter Electrical of Ohio and Mt. Healthy City School District. The PATSCAN Multi-Sensor Covert Threat Detection Platform has been shipped to Ginter Electrical, where they will be joined by Patriot One engineers and Mt. Healthy City School District security and engineering teams to begin testing for deployment of the solution.
Patriot One Partners with Los Angeles Football Club to Pilot PATSCAN Platform
Patriot One Technologies is pleased to announce a collaboration partnership with Los Angeles Football Club, part of Major League Soccer, to pilot its PATSCAN Platform at Banc of California Stadium. The PATSCAN Multi-Sensor Covert Threat Detection Platform will ship in January 2020 to the security team at Los Angeles Football Club, where they will be joined by Banc of California Stadium security and Patriot One implementation engineers to begin the integration and pilot deployment project.
Patriot One Unveils New PATSCAN Mobile Concept at International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) Conference
Patriot One Technologies will officially announce a new officer safety initiative at the 2019 International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) Conference in Chicago, Illinois. In addition to demonstrating the PATSCAN Platform, the Company will introduce and demonstrate its new PATSCAN VRS-M concept. Thanks to its partnership with the University of North Dakota, Patriot One will demonstrate the solution using a UND Police Department vehicle.

Patriot One Technologies announced an integration partnership with Johnson Controls International. The signed agreement follows successful PATSCAN Platform demonstrations at the ISC West Conference and Cisco Live. The integrated solution and subsequent ongoing development efforts will become part of overall security system deployment projects with Johnson Controls’ key clients, including sports franchises and a global transportation client.
Patriot One Initiates International Sales and Announces New Covert Threat Detection Platform Technology
Patriot One Technologies reports that its business development team is celebrating the commencement of international sales force engagement and entry into the global marketplace. This announcement establishes multiple reseller commitments representing the launch of international reseller operations and activates contractual multi-year commitments unique to each territory. The initial overseas commitments cumulatively represent CAD$1.96 million.
