The Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) has officially launched ASAP (Automated Secure Alarm Protocol) Service, a digital alarm system that automates the exchange of alarm information between alarm-monitoring companies and emergency communications centers (ECCs).

Liaison Committee for The Monitoring Association, formerly known as the Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA). Spinks, who is the Global Senior Director Communication Service Provider Sales at Tyco Security Products, is a long time member of The Monitoring Association and will lead a committee that serves as the voice for manufacturers who are members of the association.
