Johnson Controls announced that it has combined its Tyco Access Control and Video Solutions businesses into a single operational unit to more closely align the two disciplines and optimize future technology developments for cyber resiliency, business efficiency, and intelligence. The combination of the two units will enable strategic organizational focus on four key technology pillars: cybersecurity, cloud solutions, unification and automation.
