United Security, Inc. has appointed Jeffery Kuroghlian as Director of Operations (New York Region) & Northeast Investigations. He will oversee operations across the New York region while supporting the expansion of the company’s investigative and intelligence capabilities.
Kuroghlian brings more than 30 years of experience in law enforcement, counterintelligence, and corporate security operations. In his new role, he will focus on operational performance, team leadership, client delivery, and intelligence-driven security strategies.
“Jeff’s background in federal investigations, intelligence, and private sector operations strengthens our converged security capabilities at a critical time,” said CEO Frank Consoli.
“He will lead operations across our New York region while helping expand our investigative and intelligence capabilities in the Northeast.”
Before joining USI, Kuroghlian served in senior leadership positions in the private sector, including Vice President at T&M USA, where he managed intelligence operations, investigations, and executive protection consulting services.
Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Lockheed Martin, overseeing insider threat and counterintelligence programs, conducting complex investigations, and delivering strategic threat briefings to senior leadership.
Kuroghlian also spent more than 20 years with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) as a Special Agent and Supervisory Special Agent. During his tenure, he led national security and violent crime investigations and managed high-risk operations involving kidnappings, fugitives, and organized criminal activity.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Sacred Heart University and completed advanced leadership training through the FBI and Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management. His honors include the Office of the Director of National Intelligence National Intelligence Professional Award and the FBI Counterintelligence Award.
